I'd heard there is new ownership, so decided to come in and give them another go. The service was quick and pleasant, and most of the food lived up to what we expect from Basque food in Kern County. I really enjoyed the beef bourguignon, my mother in law loved her fried chicken with garlic, and my husband said his pork chop was "okay." (I thought it tasted oddly fishy.) Everything else was very good. ”
